Keep attendees informed by highlighting your agenda and say thanks to your sponsors by showcasing them on your Advocacy Day event registration page. Your organization will receive an email notification when participants register. Attendees are matched with their elected officials based upon their home address. Policy TakeOver schedules Advocacy Day meetings for up to 200 individuals based upon their home address. Your organization receives an email notification once meetings are scheduled. While Policy TakeOver is working, you can stay updated on your project via the project dashboard. Meetings are displayed in an organized fashion by date, time, and elected official via your password protected schedule webpage. Policy TakeOver even sends out thank you emails to the elected officials’ offices with your organization’s point of contact’s information for further communication.
