United Egg Producers (UEP) is a farmer cooperative working collaboratively to address legislative, regulatory, and advocacy issues impacting egg production - through active farmer-member leadership, a unified voice and partnership across the U.S. agricultural community.
GOAL
The United Egg Producers (UEP) was interested in an event management app for their legislative advocacy event on Capitol Hill. Our goal was to design a modern app to deliver essential information for the event attendees.
RESULT
We developed both an iOS and Android app for phone and tablet usage. The event attendees were able to view their respective schedules, view and download policy briefs, chat with other attendees, view and download general agenda, and stay updated with push notifications.
EFFECT
Over one hundred event attendees downloaded the app and were able to seamlessly use the app to stay-up-to date regarding their schedules and event reminders. The app users stayed very engaged with using the app with over 16,000 unique page views. UEP kept app users updated with 4 push notifications which collectively were viewed over 400 times.
