Also, we monitor bills and regulations of importance to your issue and send you email alerts. Lastly, we provide consultation services to obtain a more in-depth partaking on your issue.

Any individual over the age of 18 is eligible to conduct business with Policy TakeOver. We provide local, state and federal advocacy consulting services for individuals, nonprofits, businesses, associations, and institutions.

Policy TakeOver means giving public policy back to the people. Often large corporations control the narrative of how public policy is created and implemented. Policy TakeOver seeks to put the power back in the hands and voices of the American people by providing affordable and accessible legislative advocacy services.

How do I begin the process?
During the checkout process for an advocacy package, you will be prompted to create an account with Policy TakeOver. After purchasing the package best suited to your needs and creating an account, you’ll receive a purchase confirmation email. Click the questionnaire link in the purchase confirmation email and log in to your account.
The questionnaire is used by our team to gain more information about your policy issue (initiative) of concern. Policy TakeOver will begin working on your advocacy issue (initiative) once the questionnaire is received along with any other pertinent documents such as company logo. You will receive an email once completion of your order. Follow the link provided in your completion email notification and log in to your account. Your documents will be available via your account dashboard.
Do I need to be a member?
Yes, you need to create an account when purchasing one of our advocacy packages to upload and receive your documents.
What is the cost of your service?

Do you offer nonprofit tax-exempt payment?
Yes, please provide your tax-exempt documentation or tax-exempt number during checkout to receive the exemption. Your order will be pending upon verification. You can also contact us prior to payment and provide documentation as well.
Can nonprofits advocate the government?
Yes, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) allows 501(c)(3) organizations to engage in some lobbying in an educational manner. Nonprofit organizations are allowed to conduct educational meetings, prepare and distribute educational materials, or otherwise consider public policy issues in an educational manner without jeopardizing their tax-exempt status. The IRS has specific guidelines regarding how much of a nonprofit revenue is used for paid advocacy services. Please visit the IRS website for the specific expenditure allocation for nonprofits.
